Step 1: Steam vegetables or cook them however you like.
Step 2: While veggies are cooking, melt butter in a small pan and season with saffron, salt, and pepper. Stir butter over low heat to allow the saffron to disperse into the butter. Stir pine nuts into the butter and let them sit in it while you are waiting for veggies.
Step 3: Toss the veggies with the saffron butter and pine nuts and serve hot.
