Step 1: Over medium heat,in a large 10-inch skillet with lid, combine dry ingredients.
Step 2: Add water; stir until thickened.( If too thick, just add a bit more water )
Step 3: Add thawed meatballs and peas and carrots,and reduce heat to low.
Step 4: Cover and simmer until heated through.
Step 5: If desired, serve over hot rice or noodles.
