1 cup raspberries, frozen (or frozen blueberries for anti-oxident benefits)
1/2 banana, medium (frozen if desired, can use one banana instead of half)
Protein powder (1-2 scoops fat-free protein powder your choice of protein powder, I use Body Fortress Whey Isolate brand, my scoop measures 3 tablespoons/30 grams protein per scoop)
2 cups fresh spinach (2 large handfuuls, can use kale but the taste will be stronger)
