Step 1: Place in your bread maker, in the order given by your manufacturer. Mine, has me put liquids first, then the dry, being careful that the yeast doesn't sit in the liquid.
Step 2: Select DOUGH setting and let it go. Mine takes 1 1/2 hours to prepare the dough.
Step 3: When your dough cycle is complete, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. I spread it out lightly and use a knife to cut it into 24 pretty even squares. I pick a piece of dough up with one hand and using the other hand, I make a circle with my thumb and forefinger. I press the dough from the palm side of the circle and push it through to create a smooth top for the dinner rolls. Place each dinner roll in a buttered cake pan, I use a glass one.
Step 4: Let rise in a warm, draft free area until it has doubled in size. I put my oven on 175 degrees and preheat while forming the rolls. Then I turn the oven off and place the rolls covered with a tea towel or saran wrap, in oven to preheat. (I cover with saran wrap) (About 30 minutes).
Step 5: Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
