Crab Muffins

Ingredients
- 4 English muffins (whole, split with a fork)
- 6 ounces crab (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 jar (8 ounce) cheese spread (Old English Sharp Cheese Spread)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
How to Make

Step 1: Soften cheese and butter; mix all ingredients together.

Step 2: Spread mixture on muffin halves.

Step 3: Freeze at least 30 minutes.

Step 4: Bake at 325° F until lightly browned or put under broiler until lightly browned.

Step 5: To serve as appetizers cut each muffin half into quarters.
