Step 1: In a large skillet cook the ground turkey with onion until the meat is browned.
Step 2: Add in garlic and taco mix and cook 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Add in all the remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered for around 1 hour (for a thick consistancy cook uncovered longer).
Step 4: Serve with low fat sour cream and cheddar cheese.
