Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the beer, whiskey and the oil.
Step 2: Add the Worcestershire & tabasco sauce; bring to a slow boil & add the white pepper, garlic, salt, cinnamon, & honey, mix well, turn off heat, and allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 3: Use immediately or store in a glass jar in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
