Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Toss rinsed blueberries in 2 tablespoons flour until they are coated.
Step 3: Gently mix all ingredients for muffins.
Step 4: Separately, mix streusel ingredients until crumbly.
Step 5: Grease a 12 cup muffin tin and fill with muffins batter.
Step 6: Top muffin batter with streusel.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 8: Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
