Step 1: Preheat oven to 475F.
Step 2: Whisk together the olive oil, garlic paste, and thyme.
Step 3: Toss with potato slices and spread on a nonstick baking sheet.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Roast for 20-25 minutes or until browned ion the underside.
