1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, you may use low fat or non fat
1 chipotle chile in adobo, seeds removed and rough chopped
2 teaspoons adobo sauce from chile can
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
How to Make
Step 1:
Place all ingredients in food processor. Process on high until smooth, 30-45 seconds. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until read to use. This makes about 3/4 cup.
