Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°.
Step 2: Combine the oats, bran, flax and almonds in a large bowl.
Step 3: In a small pot over medium-low heat, combine the honey, oil, sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon and salt, stirring until bubbly.
Step 4: Pour over the oat mixture, blending well.
Step 5: Spread in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Step 7: For the final 10 minutes, stir in the dried blueberries/craisins.
Step 8: Let cool before storing in airtight containers.
