Ingredients
- 1/4 cup corned beef hash
- 1 egg
- Pad of butter
How to Make

Step 1: Fry corned beef in a well greased PIE IRON until almost done.

Step 2: Open the cooker and form a 2 inch hole in the hash.

Step 3: Into the hole crack the egg and top with butter.

Step 4: Close the cooker and continue to cook until egg is done to your liking.
