Step 1: Cut loin in half, or you could use two smaller loins.
Step 2: Cover both halves with BBQ rub, cover and place in the fridge for 24 hours.
Step 3: Place in slow cooker side by side.
Step 4: Cook on low untill pork pulls apart easily (6-10 hours).
Step 5: When pork is falling apart easily, remove and place in a large bowl to shred. Shred pork with two forks, until you have all shredded.
Step 6: Pour liquid from slow cooker into a container SAVE TO use.
Step 7: Place shredded pork back into slow cooker.
Step 8: Add the package of dry onion soup mix
Step 9: Add the liquid from cooking back into slow cooker, Mix it all up.
Step 10: Add 1/2 cup water- mix it up.
Step 11: At this point you may add your BBQ sauce and mix up, or save to serve it on the side.
Step 12: Let cook on low for 45 minutes then turn to keep warm before serving.
