Ingredients
- 1 medium banana (I do not freeze the banana but you could if you want)
- 1 cup fat-free milk (or just mix skim milk powder with cold water)
- 1 (6 ounce) package frozen blueberries (should be frozen)
- 2 (100 gram) containers fat-free Greek blueberry yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) blend until smooth.
