Step 1: Whisk together ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet, and stir-fry broccolini with garlic and chilies until crisp-tender.
Step 3: Give the sauce another stir and pour into skillet. Stir until mixture thickens, then stir in sesame seeds and serve.
