1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce *(only to be used if you didn't use any on stuffed peppers)
1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn
4 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
How to Make
Step 1:
In large saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients (*see note for can of tomato sauce). Stir well and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
