Step 1: Mix together sugar and fruit fresh in a small bowl.
Step 2: Do not put peaches in hot water to peel, there is no need to.
Step 3: Peel and slice peaches into a larger bowl.
Step 4: Pour sugar mixture over the peaches.
Step 5: Gently mix with the peaches.
Step 6: Put peaches into freezer bags or containers.
Step 7: Always mark with name, date. You can put amount if desired.
Step 8: Seal and freeze.
Step 9: Only make small amounts at a time to keep fruit from turning brown.
Step 10: For Pie and other desserts: drain juice if needed and add the rest of your favorite ingredients.
Step 11: I have not tried them in other desserts, they just don't make it that far! The get ate before that!
