Step 1: Vinaigrette ... Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well to combine. Then, slowly add the caviar and mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap, and make sure to let it rest 30-60 minutes before serving.
Step 2: Serve ... Drizzle over your favorite greens, grilled or poached fish; or your favorite vegetables or potatoes. It is definitely NOT an "every day" recipe; but, it's make a wonderful "special occasion" dish. ENJOY!
