Step 1: Brown sausage in a skillet.
Step 2: Drain and set aside.
Step 3: In large stock pot, add vegetables, seasonings, and broth.
Step 4: Bring to a boil and simmer till soft.
Step 5: Add sausage, milk, and cheese.
Step 6: Cook on low heat setting till hot.
Step 7: Serve with crusty bread.
