Step 1: In a large zip lock bag combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and sesame oil, Mix well.
Step 2: Add the meat.
Step 3: Seal the bag, turn it a few time, place in fridge. Leave for at least 8 hours or overnight
Step 4: Everytime you open the fridge turn it over.
Step 5: Remove ribs from marinade, discard marinade.
Step 6: Lightly oil a large skillet and cook the ribs for abour 3-4 minutes each side.
Step 7: Timing depends on the thickness of your meat.
Step 8: They should be nicely browned on the outside but still juicy in the middle
