Step 1: In a dutch oven,brown beef and drain, return beef to pan.
Step 2: Add the next 10 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes & carrots are fork tender.
Step 4: Add the beans ( or peas ). Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or longer until the beans(peas) are tender.
