Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet, medium heat, add ras-el-hnout and curry powder, reduce heat to medium low stirring often, until fragrant about 2-3 minutes
Step 2: Add carrots, cook, stirring often until slightly firm to the bite about 6-7 minutes
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, add broth, simmer until all the liquid is absorbed and the carrots are tender about 6-7 minutes
