Step 1: Mix the salt and chili flakes together with the ground beef, make 4 patties
Step 2: Place the cheese on 2 patties and cover with the other 2 patties, seal the edges well
Step 3: Lightly grease a skillet with some of the bacon grease, turn heat to high and fry one side of the burgers for 1 minute, turn the heat to medium, flip the burgers, add mushrooms, cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes
Step 4: Flip the burgers again, add kraut to the pan, keep it separate from the mushrooms. continue cooking for approximately 5 more minutesor until the burgers are lovely and brown outside and cooked to perfection
Step 5: Meanwhile toast one side of the buns,butter them, if you wish, Add burger, bacon, jalapenos and kraut. Serve mushrooms on the side
