Step 1: Heat oven to 400 degrees; prick squash with a fork, place in a baking dish, and bake, uncovered about 1 1/2 hours (OR prick squash and boil in a large pot for about one hour till soft); drain when done.
Step 2: Cut squash lengthwise and scoop seeds and fibers; save the other half for another time; remove the strands from the squash with two forks.
Step 3: Toss the squash and remaining ingredients together; put into a dish and serve.
