Step 1: Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together over medium-high heat, in a double broiler.
Step 2: Stir in Chinese noodles and peanuts.
Step 3: Drop by spoonful on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 4: Let cool.
Step 5: Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
