Step 1: In a lightly oil sprayed baking dish layer, in this order, half of the apple sauce,then the sauerkraut and finally the potatoes
Step 2: Season with pepper
Step 3: Spread a tablespoon of mustard on one side of each chop and lay them, mustard side down, on top of the potato layer.
Step 4: Spread the top of the chops with the remaining mustard
Step 5: Add remaining applesauce, sauerkraut with the potatoes as the top layer
Step 6: Tightly seal the dish with foil Bake in 375f oven for 45 minutes. If you wish remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to brown the potatoes
