Step 1: Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat until well blended.
Step 2: Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. You may continue to use the mixer on low speed.
Step 3: Pour into crust and chill until firm. At least an hour but overnight is even better.
Step 4: Top with fresh fruit, pie filling or drizzle with a bit of chocolate when serving.
