Step 1: If you have the large granule type of powdered milk, pulse it in a food processor first to make it more powdery, so it will mix well with the egg whites.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well. If you're not using it right away, store in the refrigerator. Do not make more than 1 cup at a time, as it does not keep well for very long.
