Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Cream cheese and butter together. Add pecans, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix. Add chicken, then mix it all together.
Step 3: Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture in each roll. Roll up and seal edges.
Step 4: Brush roll in melted butter and roll in stuffing crumbs.
Step 5: Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes, watch them carefully, as sometimes the bottoms brown fast. Be sure to check them after 15 minutes.
Step 6: Top with chicken gravy, and serve.
