Step 1: Place cornmeal on large piece of wax paper or a large shallow bowl.Add Old Bay seasoning, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Stir with fork until well combined.
Step 2: First dip fish fillets one at a time in beaten egg. Allow excess egg to drip off. Coat with cornmeal mixture.
Step 3: Heat oil in large skillet. Panfry fillets 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
