Step 1: Saute onions in a small amount of olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, mushrooms, and zucchini and continue to saute until all vegetables have started to wilt.
Step 2: Add rinsed quinoa, herbs, and broth and continue to cook (covered) 20 minutes until quinoa is done.
Step 3: Mix flour and milk until smooth and add to mushroom mixture. Add pepper and salt (if necessary depending on your chicken broth).
