Step 1: STOVE TOP: Melt butterscotch chips in heavy saucepan over low heat until smooth. stirring constantly.
Step 2: MICROWAVE: Place butterscotch pieces in 4-quart microwave safe dish cook on high 2 -3 minutes. stirring halfway through heating time, until melted (watch carefully that it doesn't burn)!
Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in nuts and potatoe sticks. Add peanut butter and stir until well blended
Step 4: Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.Let stand until candy hardens.
