Step 1: In a large saucepan, saute onion, celery and carrots in olive oil or butter till tender but still with a little bite. Pour in milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in chicken and cream of chicken soup. Simmer on low heat (15 minutes).
Step 2: Add in noodles, salt and pepper.
