Step 1: Butter the toast and cut into cubes
Step 2: Using a buttered 9 x 9 baking dish alternate the layers of the toast and the raisins
Step 3: In a medium bowl mix the salt, sugar, eggs, milk and the water till blended well. Pour over the layers of toast and raisins and let sit for 20 minutes
Step 4: Combine the cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over top of pudding mix
Step 5: Put in a preheated 325 oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until firm
