Step 1: In food processor or bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pulse or cut in butter until mixture begins to clump together.
Step 2: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
Step 3: TO PREPARE: press about 1 3/4 cups crust mix into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes. Chill 30 min before filling
