Step 1: In a shallow dish add egg and milk,beating well.
Step 2: Add chicken strips to egg/milk mixture,evenly coating each piece.
Step 3: Place stuffing mix,pepper flakes and garlic powder in a large plastic zippered bag, making sure all ingredients are mixed well.
Step 4: Add chicken strips a few at a time to coating mixture,making sure to let excess egg/milk mixtute to drip off before coating.
Step 5: After coating all pieces, place on a plate to "air dry" the chicken for about 10 minutes so the coating mix will stick better.
Step 6: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, until hot but not smoking.
Step 7: Add chicken a few pieces at a time, fry until golden brown on both sides,about 8 to 10 minutes.
