Step 1: In a large bowl, combine butter, tomatoes, oregano, salt and peper; set aside
Step 2: Cut cauliflower into florets to make about 4 cups; place in a steamer basket over about an inch of boiling water; cover and steam cauliflower until tender crisp, about 4 minutes.
Step 3: Add cauliflower to butter mixture; toss well to coat.
