Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds ham steaks
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (it is best to use real maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon (or a pinch) ground ginger
How to Make

Step 1: Glaze ... Mix everything together in a small cup.

Step 2: Ham ... Brush the glaze on one side of the ham steak and place that side down either in a saute pan or on the grill. I prefer to use a non-stick pan if possible. Then continue to glaze the ham often as it cooks. ENJOY!
