Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 450f
Step 2: Place the prepared asparagus on a baking tray, lightly spray with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper
Step 3: Roast for 8 - 10 minutes
Step 4: Sprinkle with lemon juice, pine nuts, parsley & lemon zest - serve
