Step 1: Line a muffin pan with 4 cupcake liners or 4 silicone liners. Spray lightly and brush with cooking spray for easier removal.
Step 2: Melt the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl at 10-second intervals, stirring after each interval till completely melted - how long will depend on your microwave.
Step 3: Do not overheat or chocolate will scorch.
Step 4: Stir in the maple flavored extract until just combined, then add the walnuts.
Step 5: Divide evenly among the 4 liners and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Step 6: Remove the fudge from their liners and enjoy.
