Step 1: In a large skillet, saute broccoli florets in oil and butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until just tender, stirring frequently (adding in the garlic and chili flakes the last 3 minutes of cooking time).
Step 2: Mix in Parmesan cheese season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl.
