Step 1: Toast the bread slices, set aside. In a small bowl mix together the tuna, tomato, sour cream, basil and cayenne if using. Spread 1/4 of the mix on each of the 4 toasted slices.
Step 2: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon parmesan over each slice.
Step 3: Plce slices on foil lined cooking sheet; set on the middle oven shelf under the broiler for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4: Slice and serve warm.
