Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (white
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate baking chips (optional but good to add in)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place rounded tablespoonfuls onto a generously greased cookie sheet spacing about 2-inches apart (these cookies spread while baking).

Step 2: Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 8-10 minutes.
