Step 1: Slice the cheese into 2 inch squares by 1/2 inch thick
Step 2: Dampen the squares with water and dredge them in the flour
Step 3: Heat the oil in a heavy skillet, medium heat, fry the cheese pieces, turning once after 2 to 3 minutes. They should be golden on both sides and just beginning to melt
Step 4: Serve immediately with pita and lemon wedges
