Step 1: If you microwave lemons or limes for about 10 seconds or so before squeezing the juice, you will get more out of it.
Step 2: Mix the sour cream and sugar; squeeze the juice of the lime; then grate the peel.
Step 3: Mix with the sour cream and sugar.
Step 4: Refrigerate till ready to serve.
