Step 1: Prehead oven to 425 degrees F and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Step 2: Roll out puff pastry sheet slightly.
Step 3: Place brie wheel in center of pastry (leave on the rind).
Step 4: Spoon marmalade or preserves on top and sprinkle with toasted almonds
Step 5: Wrap the pastry sheet around the the brie.
Step 6: Bake until pastry is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
Step 7: Allow to cool slighly before serving.
