Step 1: While a large saucepan is coming to a boil, cut up the cauliflower into florets
Step 2: Add cauliflower to boiling water and bring back to a boil. Then lower heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender then drain
Step 3: Put all ingredients in a food processor until blended. Start with 1/4 of the milk. Some cauliflowers are larger than others. If it is too thick you can add a bit more milk up to the 1/2 cup
Step 4: Then serve and enjoy
