Step 1: Mix together the cereal, milk, bouillon powder, minced onion and egg whites; let stand 5 minutes.
Step 2: Mix in the ground Turkey and form into 6 patties.
Step 3: Grill until cooked through about 15 to 18 minutes.
Step 4: Place patties on buns and top with your favourite low-fat toppings.
