Step 1: Brown crumbled sausage in a pan over low heat. Camilla emphasized that the crumbles must be small.
Step 2: In a bowl, add chicken broth to stuffing and let soak. In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat. Add onions, celery, apple, and garlic.
Step 3: In another separate bowl, whisk two eggs. Add cooked sausage to the bowl with the stuffing and mix thoroughly. Then add cooked vegetables, beaten eggs, wine, thyme, pecans, finely chopped parsley, and sour cream. Mix together.
Step 4: Add mixture to baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
