Step 1: Cut the potatoes into chunky fries and pour into a large bowl with the oil and 2 tablespoons of the chipotle sauce. Toss to coat.
Step 2: Pour the coated potatoes into a preheated air fryer.
Step 3: Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. (This will depend on the thickness of the potatoes.)
Step 4: Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise and the remainder of the chipotle sauce in a small bowl.
Step 5: When fries are cooked sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with the mayo mixture to dip your fries in.
